As a Community Corrections officer, you are highly visible within the community and develop a positive reputation amongst its members. Our officers develop very close professional relationships with local stakeholders and have the opportunity to regularly participate in community forums, projects and initiatives.

Consider a remote posting to iconic areas such as Cooktown, Weipa and Thursday Island – tens of thousands of tourists travel to these areas each year, and you can get paid to live these adventures.

The Remote Area Incentive Scheme can also assist with relocation and living costs for roles in remote areas.
