Information for individuals reporting to Community Corrections during COVID-19

Due to the high number of COVID-19 cases in the Queensland community, and on the advice of the Chief Health Officer, all Community Corrections offices moved to Stage 3 restrictions on 10 January 2022.  These changes apply to all Community Corrections offices within all Regions:

  • Far Northern region
  • Northern region
  • Central region
  • North Coast region
  • Brisbane region
  • Southern region
  • South Coast region

All Community Corrections offices in the State are now at Stage 3 of the COVID-19 Response Plan. This plan allows us to quickly respond to risks by clearly identifying the different restrictions which apply at different stages.

Stage 3 for Community Corrections offices across Queensland means that we will only conduct face to face interviews and home visits for high risk matters. Face to face program delivery has also been suspended, with remote alternatives being offered.
