I’ve got some big news.

Massive.

This is my last blogpost – I’ve found my fur-ever family, and am leaving Palen Creek.

I am excited and nervous all at the same time.

As much as I can’t wait to settle in as a family member, I’m going to miss my handler, who has done so much to help me learn to be a pet.

I can’t thank him enough, but thought you might like to hear from him about what it has been like looking after me at Palen Creek Correctional Centre.

I’m really going to miss him, and I think he might miss me as well. The good news is he can now help another greyhound make the transition from racing dog to family pet.
