QCS Connect has arrived
QCS Connect online services are now available for eligible individuals under the supervision of Community Corrections.
QCS Connect will digitise the way officers supervise individuals in the community and provide self-service capabilities to complement face-to-face interactions.
Eligible individuals will be able to use their fingerprint and facial biometrics to access a range of online services through QCS Connect, including an in-office kiosk and mobile phone app.
Through the mobile app, eligible individuals can:
- view, check and update their personal details;
- communicate with their supervising officer;
- view their remaining community service hours;
- see upcoming Community Corrections appointments;
- access documentation and resources to assist in their rehabilitation;
- self-report; and
- respond to curfew checks.
Access to online services will be assessed by a Community Corrections officer and determined based on the needs and circumstances of the supervised individual.
QCS Connect provides individuals under the supervision of Community Corrections with additional ways they can connect with their supervision and rehabilitation and will enhance the way Community Corrections officers deliver case management.
